Incorporate an ice cold beer into your favorite poses! Enjoy a 1-hour yoga class taught by experienced instructors at Mountainside Fitness. Yoga + Beer is free and open to the public. Beer is available for purchase with proceeds benefiting XYZ charity. Catch a class every other Wednesday evening February – May.
