Also referred to as Chinese New Year, the Lunar New Year begins on the new moon, which falls on February 5. Desert Ridge Marketplace will celebrate on Saturday, Feb. 9. Each year is associated with a Zodiac animal, and this year we will enter The Year of The Pig.
