Playing their banjo, fiddle, guitar and mandolin, the award-winning We Banjo 3 will string Old World tradition and authentic Americana when the Irish band performs at Chandler Center for the Arts. From Galway, Ireland, We Banjo 3 has an innovative fusion of style they dub “Celtgrass.”  Their unique sound has taken both sides of the Atlantic by storm, carving a reputation as one of the world’s most imaginative and celebrated ensembles. The group, made up of two sets of siblings, has topped Billboard’s World Music charts, claimed top honors from Irish Music Rights  Organization (IMOR) and has performed for the Irish Prime Minister, former President Barack Obama and members of U.S. Congress.
