WHAT: The Lymphoma Walk

WHO: Lymphoma Research Foundation, along with renowned medical experts, survivors, caregivers, family and friends.

WHEN: Sunday, Oct. 21, 2018  |  Registration: 7 a.m.

WHERE: Phoenix Zoo, 455 N Galvin Pkwy, Phoenix, AZ 85008

WHY: Lymphoma is the most common blood cancer in adults and the third most common cancer overall among children. Every dollar raised through the Lymphoma Walks supports this mission and the LRF research program, which is directed by the LRF’s world-class Scientific Advisory Board.

• Every day, approximately 220 Americans are diagnosed with a type of lymphoma.
• Every 7 minutes someone is diagnosed with lymphoma
• More than half a million Americans are living with some form of lymphoma
• A cure for lymphoma can only be realized through advanced cancer research

HOW: There are no fees associated with the Lymphoma Walks. Walks are fundraising events, and participants are encouraged to fundraise from their networks to support the Lymphoma Research Foundation's mission. There are two ways to register:

• Online: Register online for your local Lymphoma Walk.
• Walk Day Registration: You can register on the day of the walk by filling out a registration form at the registration tent.
