Events: Arizona - Phoenix - Scottsdale

The Rob Dollar Ride Sunday, October 28th, 2018  from 8:00am. – 12:00 pm. South Mountain Park, 10919 S Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85042.

This family event is being held to promote cycling safety and awareness. The park will also be closed to car traffic so participants of all experience levels can enjoy a scenic bike ride in South Mountain Park. All proceeds from the Ride will go to the Rob Dollar Foundation a 501c(3) non-profit dedicated to promoting bicycle advocacy, awareness and safety.

Here's some of the activities that the event will include:

Cycling the different routes available-two options to the top of S Mountain

Mountain biking-many trails to ride

Children's cycling safety class (They call this a rodeo) This will be run by the Phoenix PD and Fire Dept.

Guided ride for the children after the safety class.

Guided hikes leaving directly from the event area.

Bouncy house for the little ones.

Candy bags for the children (since Halloween is 2 days from the event).
