Experience the regional tastes of Italy without ever leaving the Valley! Mora Italian’s Oct. 24 Tour of Italy series focuses on the cuisine of Calabria, the southern "toe" of Italy's boot. The region is famous for spicy and robust cuisine, including ingredients like garlic, sun-dried tomatoes and chili peppers with influence from Arabic, French, Spanish and Geek cultures.
The Tour of Italy dinner series brings the cuisine of Italia to guests each month, guided by celebrity chef, restaurateur, cookbook author and “Chopped” judge Chef Scott Conant, the creative culinary force behind Mora Italian, who will make an appearance at the Oct. 24 dinner.
The monthly Tour of Italy series will feature a different locale’s flavors, from Puglia to Sicily, with select dates including appearances from Conant.
