This October we reveal our newest exhibit, Sirenas by Joe Ray, which will be on display in the FOUND:RE Studio, next to the pool until October 31.
Joe Ray has a number of paintings that serve as mainstays in the hallways of the lobby area as well as in the elevator bays at the FOUND:RE Phoenix. His works were among the first to be exhibited upon the hotel’s opening.
“I enjoy the serenity and sensuality that sirenas (mermaids) bring to the space around them,” Ray says of his latest exhibit. “Mine are desert sirenas — they inhabit an underwater desert, frolic about and have a mischievous nature to them.” Naturally, the exhibit is near the pool and movement from the water can be heard from within the Studio. Guests can also enjoy the colors of the sirenas while in the pool. “It’s the perfect urban desert city spot,” Ray adds.
