The 2018 Taste of Cave Creek event takes place Wednesday, October 17 & Thursday October 18 at Stagecoach Village in downtown Cave Creek. It promises to be a night like no other and the Town’s largest “Taste of Cave Creek” event ever. More than 30 restaurants will descend upon Stagecoach Village for a two-day taste fest, Bryan’s Black Mountain BBQ, Buffalo Chip Saloon & Steakhouse, Cartwright’s Modern Cuisine, Indigo Crow, El Encanto, Harold’s Corral, Grilled Addiction and Wandering Donkey, It’s a Divine Bakery, Le Sans Soucie, The Horny Toad, The City Creamery, just to name a few.
“Every year we look forward to this great event, “says Marshal Adam Stein, event chairman.” Honestly, I think my favorite part is seeing all our friends and neighbors coming out and enjoying our awesome local restaurants.” We are also looking forward to over 21 breweries participating.
This years’ Taste of Cave Creek will feature a new element to the food, participating chefs and butchers will face off in a Head to Tail cook off. Our local chefs and butchers take pride in the relationships they share with their ranchers and fishermen and each will be choosing an animal to feature. At the Taste of Cave Creek our chefs will be cooking and serving up plates inspired by their selection. Come out and see how the chefs prepare their dishes right before your eyes! Our winner will be judged by top local food celebrities. The goal of this year’s added feature is to highlight and honor our local ranches and fishermen and utilize the whole animal. From Lamb to salmon and pigs to deer, this year’s Taste of Cave Creek is an event you will not want to miss!
We will feature two stages of live music nightly, with the Crown Kings, Fosterson, the Jake Dean Band and Lindsey Vogt.
ABC15, in partnership with Sanderson Ford and Sanderson Lincoln, is proud to present the Seventeenth Operation Santa Claus Charity Drive. We are excited to be partnering with the Taste of Cave Creek this year. To help with our cause, please bring a new toy, children’s clothing item, packaged food item or a monetary donation to the Taste of Cave Creek Wednesday, October 17 & Thursday, October 18 at Stagecoach Village. Donations from Operation Santa Claus will benefit St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance, The Southwest Autism Research and Resource Center, Military Assistance Mission and Special Olympics of Arizona. A star-studded collection of sommeliers, wine, beer and spirits experts rounds out the Taste of Cave Creek. Paired with incredible live music, this unforgettable event has become a highlight on Cave Creek’s calendar.
Taste of Cave Creek takes place at Stagecoach Village which is located at 7100 E Cave Creek Road. Entry tickets are $10.00 available in advance or at the event. A portion of proceeds from The Taste of Cave Creek, which is sponsored by Sanderson and Sanderson Lincoln, will benefit the Special Olympics Arizona.
