Description
On Thursday, October 4, 2018 at 5pm, virtuoso violinist Kristin Lee and Grammy-winning guitarist Jason Vieaux team up to perform a duo recital presented by Chamber Music Sedona at the new outdoor venue in Barbara Antonsen Memorial Park (289 Wilson Road), overlooking Sedona and the Red Rocks. This concert is a special fundraising benefit to support Chamber Music Sedona’s Education and Home Bound/Elderly programs.
Together, Lee and Vieaux will perform Piazzolla’s Histoire du Tango; Giuliani’s Grand Duo Concertante, Op. 52; Paganini’s Cantabile; Vivian Fung’s Twist; and selected Brazilian songs (arr. Lee/Vieaux). Vieaux will also play Albéniz’ Asturias for solo guitar.
