Description
Things are getting wild this September 1, 2018 with the launch of Match Restaurant & Lounge’s latest cooking class led by Executive Chef Alex Strattafeaturing wild mushroom recipes. Event features a welcome cocktail as well as demonstration and tasting of the following three fungi-inspired recipes:
Maitake Mushroom and Chicken Liver Crostini with raisins and green apples
Shiitake and Porcini Gemelle with parmigiano and butter
Chicken and Chanterelle Fricassee with artichokes, bacon and shallots
Cost is $50 per person, and space is limited. Reservations can be made by calling 602.875.8080.
