At 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 25, join Tomaso’s for “A Night in Sicily.” The four course dinner includes wine and will be a night to remember. Cost is $80 per person. First course will be Swordfish Braciola with Seafood, served with Zucchini Blossom Couscous. It will be paired with Monte Olimpo-Chardonnay Insolia. The second course will be Veal Wild Mushrooms and Truffle Ravioli, which will be paired with Monte Olimpo-Cabernet Sauvignon and Nero D’ Avola. The third course will be Grilled Prime Bistecca A la Siciliana, served with Sicilian Croquettes and grilled asparagus. It will be paired with Cabernet Sauvignon. The fourth and final course will be Mixed Berry Cake paired with Peachello.
