Camp Hubbard, established in 1998, is a co-ed, active and “unplugged” summer sports camp offering exciting, one-week sessions to campers 4.5 to 16 years old. Camp Hubbard will be offered from May 29 - Aug. 3. The camp offers a safe and active environment that encourages physical, social, and emotional growth.

Kids will learn all kinds of new sports and games: basketball, volleyball, soccer, baseball, archery, swimming and more. Children do not have to be skilled athletes to have a great time at Camp Hubbard. Some campers have never tried many of the sports and activities that the staff introduces them to. However, the campers who are skilled athletes are challenged and motivated by the highly-qualified and dedicated staff members. The goal at camp is to guide and teach every camper according to their ability while making the activities fun and rewarding.

The Teen Leadership Camp is for ages 13 to 16 and gives teens the chance to work with younger campers; mentoring, guiding and helping them throughout the day. The teen campers also play a variety of sports, participate in helping the younger campers with their activities and enjoy a variety of training sessions about leadership, responsibility, and safety. A Teen Leadership camper can come for one week or all summer long. The leadership curriculum will be different each week.

There are four summer camp locations: Thunderbird Academy in Scottsdale; Paradise Valley Christian Academy in Phoenix; Sunnyslope High School campus in Phoenix; Griffith Elementary School in Arcadia. Camp dates vary by location. There are half-day and full-day options. Half-day is from 8:30 a.m. to noon and full-day is from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. You can choose one or more days for your child to attend.
