JDRF’s Arizona Chapter announces the 2nd annual JDRF Rock & Run 5K/10K, a local nighttime fun run driven to raise funds and awareness for type 1 diabetes (T1D) while enjoying entertainment, food, drinks and fun. JDRF introduced this new charity event in 2017 and recently added the 10K this year.
Registration is now open for the event which will take place in Mesa at Sloan Park on Saturday, April 28, 2018. The JDRF Rock & Run 5K and 10K is in addition to the Annual JDRF One Walk earlier that day. Both signature events bring together hundreds of thousands of people nationwide who share JDRF’s vision to create a world without T1D. Proceeds will help fund critically needed T1D research.
