THE RITZ-CARLTON, DOVE MOUNTAIN ANNOUNCES VALENTINE’S ROMANCE MENU FOR CORE KITCHEN & WINE BAR

TUCSON, ARIZ.

The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain will present a gala Valentine’s dinner on Wednesday, February 14, with its special four-course romance menu to be offered at CORE Kitchen & Wine Bar from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

The one-of-a-kind epicurean experience will be available to local residents as well as overnight guests and will supplement an à la carte dinner menu also to be offered that evening. CORE was recently ranked the #1 restaurant in Arizona and, also in 2017, won the Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence for the fourth consecutive year. The restaurant is proud to announce the following culinary temptation for Valentine’s evening.

• Purple Potato Gnocchi, Royal Trumpet Mushroom, Hatch Chili, Mustard Greens and Homemade Queso Fresco
