Each month, we're pairing wines or spirits with a special four-course menu created for the evening. Enjoy conversation from Executive Chef Russell LaCasce and the special guest. For the January dinner, we've paired with The Prisoner Wine Company and created an indulgent menu perfectly paired with some of their best wines.
