DIY Seminars and Expert Advice Take Center Stage Jan. 12-14

PHOENIX (December 1, 2017) – The Maricopa County Home & Garden Show, the largest home show in the Southwest, returns to the Arizona State Fairgrounds Friday, January 12 through Sunday, January 14. Back by popular demand is the Tiny Homes Street of Dreams, featuring a diverse array of models, from a tiny micro-home to mini-mansions.

“2018 is the perfect year to make updates to your home, and The Maricopa County Home & Garden Show has all of the ideas you need to make it your dream home,” said Katie Jones, Maricopa County Home Show manager. “No matter what you want to do with your home in the New Year, we will teach you how at the show with DIY seminars, expert advice and the most professional home improvement vendors in the Valley.”


WHO:             The Maricopa County Home & Garden Show, complete with thousands of home improvement, design and landscaping products and services offered at exclusive pricing.


WHAT:          Unique Show Attractions Include (FREE with admission):

  • 2018 Tiny Homes Street of Dreams: The uniquely developed Master Plan community of tiny homes featuring tiny mansions, a micro home, prairie style cottages and everything in between. Tour spaces of a spacious 390 square feet to an itty bitty 81 square feet.
  • FREE DIY Seminars: Learn how to install lush artificial turf, make bath bombs and sugar scrubs, create a succulent terrarium, upgrade your cabinets with paint and turn simple wood boards into a stunning shiplap wall.

            Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Sunday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

COST:          General Admission: $8 daily for adults, kids ages 3-12 are $3, children 2 and younger are free.

Senior Morning: Friday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., admission for guests 60 and older is $4.

Customer Appreciation:  $2.50 admission Friday evening between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.

Military Appreciation: $4 admission with valid military identification all three days.

January Birthdays: Visit the info booth for a FREE special gift with valid ID.

Onsite parking: Onsite parking for $8.00 with free shuttle service. A large food court, scooter rental, and ATMs are on site for your convenience.
