The Urban Farm's Fruit Tree Open House is back in the Valley! The two-day event takes place at The Urban Farm on November 3 and 4 from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. where you will see full-grown fruit trees and learn which ones will work for your yard.

Two guided “tours” will run at 8:45 and 10 a.m. each day where people can learn from owner of The Urban Farm, Greg Peterson, about fruit tree growing, management and pruning techniques. This education is meant to plant the seed of inspiration and get people confident and prepared for growing their own trees.

At the open house, people will have an opportunity to place their pre-orders for “Urban Farm Approved” fruit trees which can thrive in this climate. The program offers special early bird and bundle pricing through November 4 and suggested Donation is $10. Please pre-register at urbanfarm.org/events.
