Join some of the Valley’s biggest CEO’s and local celebrities for the 16th annual Night for Sight to benefit Foundation for Blind Children (FBC) on Saturday, Oct. 28 at 6 p.m. at Dominick’s Steakhouse in the Scottsdale Quarter starting.
Night for Sight is FBC’s premier annual fundraiser, generating more than $350,000 every year. This year Night for Sight will present Luis Gonzalez, a senior advisor to the Arizona Diamondbacks, with its 2017 Visionary Award. Past recipients include Derrick Hall, Larry Fitzgerald, Steve Nash, Matt Williams and many more.
“This is an incredible honor because I know first-hand about the amazing work done every day at the Foundation for Blind Children,” said Luis Gonzalez. “I’ve had the good fortune of knowing Max Ashton since he was young and it has been very special to witness what Marc and the entire staff does to serve Arizona’s blind community.”
Enjoy some of the Valley’s best steaks and seafood, cocktails and wine provided Dominick’s Steakhouse, while enjoying a silent auction, dancing and live entertainment, including dueling pianos. Get ready to have some fun with the Sink or Swim yellow ducks during the cocktail hour. They can be purchased at the event for $250 or three for $500 and benefit FBC programs.
Winners will be drawn that night, but do not need to be present to win. Silent auction prizes vary and include sports memorabilia, one-of-a-kind experiences, trips and much more!
“Night for Sight is an inspiring event that brings together FBC’s biggest supporters each year. It’s an opportunity for us to share the success stories of our students, made possible by their generosity, all while enjoying an evening of great food, entertainment and fun,” said CEO Marc Ashton of Foundation for Blind Children.
