Junior League of Phoenix is hosting its fifth annual Touch-A-Truck family-friendly event on Saturday, Nov. 4, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Aviano Community Park. The event offers children a hands-on opportunity to explore a variety of machinery and to meet the people who build, protect and serve the valley communities. Vehicles on display routinely include construction trucks, emergency responders, tractor trailers, utility trucks and a helicopter. The event also features area mascots, food trucks, games, and a bazaar of local vendors. Single tickets are $5; advance family pack (5 tickets) is $20 and $6 the day of the event.
