The 9th Annual Tim Barber Walk for “POP”- (Prostate On-Site Project) is on September 30^th!  This fun, festive 2 mile walk at Tempe Kiwanis Park highlights National Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, celebrates prostate cancer survivors, honors those who have been lost to this silent killing disease and raises awareness of the early detection of prostate cancer.  This Year’s Special Tribute: Honoring Those Who Served – Active and Veteran Military. The first 100 men to register receive a FREE prostate cancer screening at the event in a medical mobile unit.

Event activities and vendor booths, live entertainment, food and refreshments will be available, as well as vital information on this silent killer disease which affects 1 out of 6 men and is the second-most diagnosed cancer after skin cancer.
