In celebration of this year’s harvest, Kief-Joshua Vineyards will host the Magdelena Bash Harvest Festival on August 26, from 11 am to 5 pm. Several new Arizona wine releases, including the 2015 Barrelhead Merlot, which in honor of the single barrel fell from the rack, injuring winemaker Kief Manning. Other new releases include 2015 Magdelena, a blend of Cabernet Franc and Barbera, as well as many new white wines for summer, and a 100 percent Cabernet Sauvignon will be released at the festival. One of Kief-Joshua Vineyards most popular wine, Magdelena, is named in honor of Kief’s grandmother, who passed away on July 8, 2017.  Two musicians from both will be performing live, Caiden Brewer and Cat Daddy and the 12 Barz Blues Band.
