Each month, ZuZu is pairing wines or spirits with a special four-course menu at its Monday Night Chef’s Table series.

Enjoy conversation from Executive Chef Russell LaCasce and the special guest. For the special dinner on Monday, July 24, winemaker Mark Lyon of Eco Terreno Wines has chosen an incredible selection of white wines that are perfect for summer.

Savor Chilled Oysters on the Half Shell, Grilled Asparagus, Macadamia Nut Crusted Alaskan Halibut and Blood Orange Posset paired with wines from Gassier, Cloudy Bay, Pascal Jolivet and Ferrari-Carano.
