What: Enjoy a BOO-tiful night of free family fun at The Shops at Norterra’s annual Halloween Spooktacular & Car Show from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 20. Activities include a Halloween-themed car show with trunk-or-treating, costume contests for kids, families and pets, a kids dance party with music, games and prizes, plus live music, giveaways, food samples, and plenty of trick-or-treat candy!
