Stress Mastery Educational Dinner at True Food Kitchen Biltmore 

Led by Integrative Health Coach Sara Regester, RN

Attendees will learn how to lean into stress & turn their stressful lifestyle into a successful lifestyle 

WHAT:   A two-hour dinner workshop, led by Stress Mastery Expert and Duke University Certified Integrative Health Coach Sara Regester, RN, designed to help attendees learn how to lean into stress, make it work for them and turn their stressful lifestyle into a successful lifestyle. 

Regester will also incorporate tips to lead a better, less stressful life through clean, mindful eating and by following the anti-inflammatory diet while guests enjoy a family-style dinner of appetizers, entrees, desserts and drinks.

WHEN:  6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 22. *Event begins promptly at 6pm

WHERE: True Food Kitchen – Biltmore, 2502 E. Camelback Rd., Phoenix, AZ *Validated parking available 

TICKETS:  $55 per person, includes educational session and a three-course meal consisting of family-style appetizers, entrees, desserts and one cocktail per person

ABOUT SARA REGESTER

Sara Regester is the principal of Directions 4 Wellness. She is a Coach Mentor Supervisor for University of Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine who spends most of her time coaching clients about ways to manage their stress and make it work for them instead of against them.  

As a Registered Nurse for more than 30 years and a Certified Integrative Health Coach, she speaks and teaches from her personal experience having wiped out her own health from the stressful lifestyle she was living multiple times until she developed her process for turning around her stressful lifestyle.

She's an expert at uncovering the lifestyle patterns that open the door to health problems and burn-out. She teaches clients how lean into stress, make it work for them and turn their stressful lifestyle into a successful lifestyle. More info: www.directions4wellness.com
