Description
Participants will prepare two of the seven traditional Oaxacan moles: mole negro and mole rojo. We will also learn to make blue corn tortillas, roast chicken, and assorted condiments to complete our dining pleasure, plus spicy hot chocolate for dessert. Bring your apron and your appetite!
