Sandia Salad

Ingredients: Salad
- 3 cups fresh watermelon
- 1/3 cup slice jicama
- ¼ cup of sliced cucumber
- ¼ diced red bell pepper
- ¼ cup diced panela cheese
- 1 tbsp. chopped cilantro
Ingredients: Honey lime dressing
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. oregano
- ½ cup of honey
- 2 tsp. vinegar
Preparation:
Blend salad ingredients together, blend dressing ingredients together and then add dressing.
