Uptown Cheapskate (pictured) is an upscale thrift and resale store that specializes in stylish, gently-used clothes and accessories at up to 90 percent off the usual price. There are four Phoenix-area locations (there are 40 countrywide!) that offers new and secondhand clothes, shoes, handbags and jewelry from your favorite brands. Have a teen at home? Visit a Valley Plato’s Closet to shop brands like H&M, Lululemon, Forever 21, Vans and many more teen-approved names. There are four Valley locations, plus two in Tucson, that sell trendy threads that are in good condition, with most stores selling sizes 0/1 to 18/20 for girls and women and sizes 28 to 40 waist for boys and men.
