Phoenix Film Festival's (R)evolution of Film Series

Attention all film buffs--especially those who are fans of such cinematic classics as "Jaws." The Phoenix Film Festival continues its (R)evolution of Film Series, by bringing classic blockbusters to the big screen, on Feb. 13 with the 1975 Steven Spielberg hit, "Jaws." Once a month, from January through March, the Phoenix Film Festival will be showing films that revolutionized Hollywood at the Harkins Scottsdale 101. All shows start at 7 p.m. The movies are free to attend; however, donations will support the Phoenix Film Foundation. Severson Sisters Announces Partnership with ASU Athletics

Severson Sisters, the Valley’s premiere non-profit for female empowerment and anti-bullying, will be kicking off their 2014 partnership with ASU Athletics on February 8th as the men's Sun Devil basketball team takes on the Oregon Ducks.

This year the organization will be licensing their Super Girl program to adults wanting to lead their own program. Potential Super Girl Facilitators must attend a training course in order to lead a program and scholarship funds have been created for those seeking financial support for the training. Proceeds from ASU Athletic events will go towards the scholarship funds.
