Homeward Bound appoints Whitney Silence as Chief Executive Officer

On August 21, Homeward Bound announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Whitney Silence as acting Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. The decision spawned from a desire to pivot the organization’s direction in following community needs.
