Hi-Health Presents the Carlotti Cosmetic Surgery Center 2014 NPC Western Regional & IFBB Felicia Romero Classic. This event was held on November 15th, 2014 at the Mesa Arts Center. Over 400 atheletes competed in Body Building, Fitness, Figure, Bikini, Womens Physique, and Mens Physique classes. IFBB Felicia Romero Classic is a national qualifier body building competition.
