National MS Society Arizona is proud to announce Audra Shepard as the featured speaker at the Together for a Cure Luncheon. The 2022 luncheon will be held on Friday September 23rd, 2022, 11:00AM – 1:00PM at the Pointe Tapatio Cliffs Resort. Tickets are now available for purchase.

The 17th Annual Together for a Cure Luncheon, formerly Women Against Multiple Sclerosis Luncheon, is the premier fundraising event for the Arizona Market raising over $100,000 to support those affected by Multiple Sclerosis and their families. The Together for a Cure MS Luncheon brings people together – including your business, your community, your employees – to create a world free of MS.

A beloved leader in the MS community, Ardra Shepard is the creator and host of AMI-tv’s ground-breaking new television lifestyle series Fashion Dis and a Healthline columnist (Ask Ardra Anything). She’s a sought-after writer, consultant and is the influential Canadian writer behind the award-winning Tripping On Air. With an international reach and reputation, Ardra is a leader in the chronic illness community. The National MS Society is proud to announce Ardra Shepard as the 2022 Together For A Cure Keynote Speaker.

In addition to the inspirational words from Ardra, the Together For A Cure Luncheon will recognize the extraordinary support to the MS community, Dr. Barry Hendin, our MS Pinnacle of Hope Honoree and Dr. Holly Hendin, our Healthcare Hero Honoree.

In addition to our keynote, silent auctions and a catered lunch, the program includes musical performances and entertainment. All proceeds will support the National MS Society and their efforts to respond to the urgent and expanding needs of our community. Individual tickets are $250 and tables are $2,500. About Multiple Sclerosis

Multiple sclerosis is an unpredictable, often disabling disease of the central nervous system. Symptoms range from numbness and tingling to blindness and paralysis, and there is currently no cure for MS. The progress, severity and specific symptoms of MS in any one person cannot yet be predicted, but advances in research and treatment are leading to better understanding and moving us closer to a world free of MS. An estimated 1 million people live with MS in the United States. Most people with MS are diagnosed between the ages of 20 and 50, and it affects women three times more than men.
