If you love the privacy of Hermosa Inn and Royal Palms, but crave modern architecture and super-sexy design, come to the Sanctuary. This place is beautiful and very boutique-y.
I have never stayed overnight, but I have been in the guest rooms, some complete with outdoor bathtub, which I remember being very cool.
Elements restaurant and the new Jade bar are romantic spots to watch night fall over the Valley below. At Jade bar, drinks are pricey (around $15), but you are paying for an elite spot with an elite view and it's worth it now and then.
