Dr. Patti Flint has been practicing plastic surgery for over thirteen years, and feels her early experiences with complex micro-surgical reconstructive surgeries helped her immeasurably in providing excellent results for her cosmetic surgery patients.

“I was fortunate enough to train in excellent medical centers and felt well prepared to enter practice. Concentrating on head and neck cancer and breast cancer reconstruction during the first six years of my practice really allowed me to hone my surgical skill to a higher level.” While Dr. Flint has always enjoyed cosmetic surgery, she has focused on it solely for the last seven years. She is committed to life-long learning as evidenced by her Certificate of Advanced Education in Cosmetic Surgery granted by the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ASAPS), of which she is a member.

Of the board-certified plastic surgeons in the country who qualify to be a member of ASAPS, only 7 percent are women. Dr. Flint feels her female perspective helps her relate to her patients.

“Currently, approximately 90 percent of patients seeking cosmetic surgery are female. As a woman, I feel I am uniquely positioned to relate to my patients regarding their desires to maintain an attractive youthful appearance.” After receiving Top Doctor honors in Phoenix in 1996, 2007 and 2008, it appears her many loyal patients agree.
