In 2011-2012 two coalitions merged together to form Liberty Partnership Kino Neighborhoods Council, also known as LPKNC. Both were long-standing coalitions, Liberty Partnership which had been around for 15 years and 13 year old Kino Neighborhoods. Together, LPKNC continues to focus and combat the use of Alcohol, Marijuana and Rx drugs among youth in the south-side neighborhoods of Tucson, AZ. The organization's mission is to bring together residents, organizations and agencies that are committed to serving the South-side neighborhoods by fostering and maintaining a vital drug free community.
