Guess which Valley newscaster has her debut co-hosting Regis & Kelly this Thursday?

You guessed it- Tram Mai from Phoenix's NBC 12!

The fun news anchor (who was seen in the May AFM Love Issue with husband Stephen!) will be co-hosting the August 20 show with Regis Philbin.

Mai won the seat on Live with Regis and Kelly through a contest NBC 12 nominated her for. She submitted a video after she made the Top 20 for the Regis & Kelly Web site, reporting live from numerous Arizona landmarks. She was shown running in triple-digit heat, climbing Piestewa Peak, cleaning up after elephants at the Phoenix Zoo and batting at Chase Field.

The video proved to be a lot more fun than her competitors'. That, paired with endless Twitter and Facebook campaigning from her fans, sealed the deal and won her the contest and spot on national TV.
