The steakhouse, from chef Laurent Tourondel, integrates traditional elements of an inviting French bistro with those of a stylish, urban American eatery. A variety of cuts including American Wagyu and Japanese Kobe beef served up with sauces such as peppercorn, horseradish or béarnaise can be found on the menu.
