Not for the fainthearted, this funky, no-frills fire eater’s paradise features Santa Fe-style New Mexican food that doesn’t get any better. Reservations aren’t accepted, but the blue- corn tortillas, near-flammable salsas and exceptional carne adovada make the long wait worth it.
