On Sunday, May 10, COURSE in Scottsdale will host a one-day-only Mother’s Day dining experience from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., featuring an eight-course menu from Chef Cory Oppold for $185 per person. Designed as a celebration of love and gratitude, the menu gives families a chance to honor the mothers in their lives with an intimate, artful meal built around seasonal ingredients and Chef Cory’s creative approach to fine dining.
