Hearsay Restaurant is hosting a special wine-paired dinner featuring the renowned Australian winery, Penfolds. Guests will be treated to four courses. The appetizer is a caramelized date with a Brie cheese mousse, followed by Hamachi crudo with avocado, chili, and orange. The entrée is filet mignon, and the meal will finish with a chocolate budino dessert. Each course is paired with a different wine that accompanies the dish.

Hearsay is located at the recently renovated Esplanade office campus, located at 2501 E. Camelback Rd. in Phoenix.
