On Mother’s Day, Sunday May 12th, from 10 am-2pm, the Boulders Resort & Spa pours on style, sophistication and spectacular surroundings! The gourmet Mother’s Day  Champagne Brunch includes a grand seafood display with oysters & poached shrimp; fresh salads (antipasti, farm greens and fresh fruit), Artisan Cheese, Breads and Bruschetta; Chef- attended Omelet and Avocado Toast Stations, and a choice of sumptuous entrees that range from Slow Roasted Prime Rib, Beef Tenderloin Oscar and Spiced Mary’s Airline Chicken to Striped Bass, Ruby Ocean Trout. Moms can also enjoy a decadent dessert display, endless mimosas and, of course, champagne! The Mother’s Day Champagne Brunch takes place at the Palo Verde Restaurant or Latilla Ballroom, both offering live entertainment and glorious panoramic views of the scenic desert landscape, framed by mountains and the surrounding ancient rock formations.
