Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Gainey Ranch is celebrating Mother’s Day with an extravagant Mother’s Day Brunch on Sunday, May 14 between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. 

The impressive holiday menu will include breakfast favorites, a selection of charcuterie and local cheeses, a fresh seafood display including several sushi options, Southwestern-inspired classics such as made-to-order quesadillas, as well as a carving station with prime rib, smoked Scottish salmon, and rosemary-roasted leg of lamb. The meal will also feature a special buffet for children, as well as a deluxe Viennese dessert table with pies, tortes, cakes, mini pastries and more.

The Mother’s Day brunch is $115 for adults with unlimited access to the Bloody Mary and Mimosa bar, and $48 for children between the ages of six and 12. Children five years and younger dine free. Reservations are highly recommended and can be made by calling (480) 629-6231.

In addition to the Mother’s Day brunch, the resort is offering a “Mom and Daughter Yoga Flow” event on Sunday, May 14 at 9 a.m.  The session will be complimentary for resort guests and Yoga Six members and will take place in the idyllic outdoor setting of the resort.
