Our time together will include Slow Flow Yoga, QiGong, Meditation and Sound Healing. Mimosas, mocktails and snacks will be served afterward. Everyone who attends will receive a special gift as well!

Bring your own yoga mat and equipment. A large beach towel or blanket is suggested as the grass might be a little damp. Be sure to wear sunscreen and bring a water bottle!

Advance registration is required by 6 pm the night before!
