On Saturday, October 9 from 8 to 11 am, Valleywise Health is hosting a one-day-only flu shot clinic where residents can receive their yearly influenza vaccination for free, no insurance necessary. The clinic will be hosted at four Valleywise Community Health Center locations – Peoria, South Phoenix/Laveen, North Phoenix and Chandler.

Vaccinations for adults 18 and over are available in drive-thru capacity while pediatric patients (6 months to 18 years-old) will be vaccinated outside of the car. No appointment is necessary and walk-ups are welcome. Vaccinations will be administered on a first come, first served basis while supplies last.

In consideration of everyone’s safety, below are a few requests and recommendations from Valleywise Health:

• Mask use is required to receive your vaccination. If you do not have a mask, one can be provided.
• Please wear short sleeves for easy administration of the vaccine
• Following the vaccination, participants will be asked to remain on-site for a short period of time so medical professionals can monitor status before departure
