At Hearth ’61, celebrate the holiday with a special brunch buffet from 9 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Easter egg hunt. Savor a starter buffet featuring smoked salmon, seasonal salads and more, a prime rib carving board and savory omelet station. Choose from a selection of made-to-order entrees, with a specialty dessert buffet to conclude the holiday dining experience. For dinner, enjoy the seasonal dinner menu from 4:00 to 9:30 p.m. with a Yankee Pot Roast as the Roast of the Day for $24. The second annual Easter egg hunt at Mountain Shadows will begin at 9 a.m. for kids to enjoy and win an assortment of special prizes. The Hearth ’61 Easter Brunch is $79 per person or $19 for children 12 and under, plus tax and gratuity. Children six and under eat for free.
