On Saturday, Sept. 8 at noon, the Valley’s premier Krav Maga studio EVKM Self Defense & Fitness will be hosting World Champion Fighter Tiffany “Time Bomb” Van Soest.

At this special seminar, held at EVKM's Tempe studio, Van Soest will be teaching various sport striking and footwork techniques that have helped her earn the titles of GLORY Super Bantamweight Champion, Lion Fight Featherweight Champion, Lion Fight Super Bantamweight Champion and WBC Muaythai International Super Bantamweight Champion.
