Windsor to Collab with Cigar City Brewing for a Late Night Community Cajun Boil

Warm summer nights on the patio are an Arizona staple, and on Wednesday, July, 11th, Windsor will roll out a patio party of their own, complete with a savory southern-style seafood boil paired with cold craft beers from Florida-based brewery, Cigar City. The cool neighborhood hang, and the cult-favorite brewery behind craft beers like Jai Alai IPA and Guayabera citra pale ale, will offer a $45 per person ++ three-course dinner featuring some of the Bayou state's favorites, like fluffy jalapeño corn bread, a family-style Cajun Boil featuring snow crab claws, Prince Edward Island mussels, gulf white shrimp and more, while washing it down two exceptional beers from Cigar City. The evening finishes sweet with a twist on a classic strawberry shortcake.
