Aqua-Tots Swim Schools’ locations in Surprise and Peoria will host Lunch and a Lesson to make an impact during National Water Safety Month in May. This free water safety event is open to all families and kids in Surprise, Peoria and neighboring communities.

WHAT:           Lunch and a Lesson is a fun-for-all, interactive lesson where children have the opportunity to learn and experience four different water safety stations, and then enjoy lunch -- on Aqua-Tots Swim Schools. The lessons include how to assist others in danger, how to use a life jacket, how to swim with clothes on, a mock swim lesson, and the overall importance of water safety.

WHEN:           May 19, 2018         

            Session 1

1:00 p.m. - Check-in

1:15 p.m. - How to safely exit the pool

1:30 p.m. - Life vest fitting and instruction

1:45 p.m. - Swim with your clothes on

2:00 p.m. - Mock swim lesson: professional swim instruction

2:15 p.m. - Free lunch provided by Aqua-Tots

            Session 2

2:30 p.m. - Check-in

2:45 p.m. - Reach, throw, don’t go                

3:00 p.m. - Life vest fitting and instruction                 3

3:15 p.m. - Swim with your clothes on                   

3:30 p.m. - Mock swim lesson: professional swim instruction

3:45 p.m. - Free lunch provided by Aqua-Tots
