For many students, the prospect of applying to and attending college can prove quite daunting, but fortunately college enrollment days that make student resources more accessible have been shown to make things simpler.

Thriving Together, a Phoenix-based initiative that works to improve educational outcomes and help students succeed from birth to career, the Phoenix Union High School District, APS and the Maricopa County Community College District will continue their successful partnership to offer Maricopa Enrollment Day for local students looking to attend college in the coming year.

Events will take place on Friday, April 13 and Friday, April 20. See below for more information on times and locations.

Students from several PUHSD high schools are expected to attend the events, which cover a multitude of areas, from how to secure financial aid and identify college course selections to how to easily navigate the college enrollment process. In addition to completing the entire enrollment process in a single day, attendees can take part in tours and orientations at the schools while finding out more about what it takes to apply and attend from representatives and enrollment professionals.

Representatives from Thriving Together will also track the enrollment patterns of students who attend Express Enrollment events in an effort to assess the success of the program and determine how to sustain and improve it moving forward.
