We will discuss: • What a faith community nurse does and what their role is in the congregation. • How faith community nurses work in partnership with other health and wellness programs in the congregation. • Recommendations for beginning and maintaining a nurse or lay led congregational health program. • The ongoing support Duet provides to help a health program flourish.
