Starters: Jerk chicken tostadas with mango, cabbage slaw, avocado and lime crema ($9) or Ruben egg rolls with pastrami, Swiss cheese and 1,000 island dipping sauce ($11)

Entree: Chicken and waffles with crispy chicken, spicy slaw and bourbon maple syrup ($14)

Dessert: Rocky road ice cream with a bourbon caramel sauce  ($9)

Cocktail: February Rain featuring Jack Daniel’s single barrel whiskey, blood orange syrup, amaro and orange bitters  ($10)
